Who we are

Lybloo is an online retailer of phone accessories based in Lahore, Pakistan, selling nationwide.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by WhatsApp or email before dispatch. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp first — this protects both of us against prank orders.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax.

The price shown is the price you pay. We will not ask you for more money after you have ordered. If we have made a genuine pricing error we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Stock

We only list products we actually hold. If something is unavailable after you order, we will tell you the same day and refund or cancel — we will not hold your order open indefinitely.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including what is in the box and any regional variation such as plug type or display language. If a description is wrong, that is covered by our returns policy as "not as described".

Your rights

See our Refund Policy for returns and warranty, and our Shipping Policy for delivery. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
