Refund policy

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return any item.

Changed your mind: return it unused and in its packaging within 7 days for a full refund. You cover the return delivery.

Faulty, damaged, wrong item, or not as described: we pay the delivery both ways and you choose between a replacement and a full refund.

Opening the box does not void your return. You cannot judge a charger without plugging it in.

Warranty

Every product carries a 15-day warranty against manufacturing faults, running from delivery. We do not require an unboxing video, the original box, or a printed invoice to process a claim — your order number is enough.

Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, power-surge damage, and normal cosmetic wear.

How to start a return or claim

Message 0310 4560430 on WhatsApp with your order number. We reply the same day and arrange collection or give you a return address.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash — whichever you prefer — within 3 working days of us receiving the item back.
