Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan.
- Cash on Delivery — pay the rider when your order arrives. No advance payment, no card needed.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 2,000. Below that, delivery is Rs 250.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 2–5 days depending on your city.
You may open the parcel and check the product before paying. We do not charge extra for this and we do not restrict it to certain cities.
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to return anything.
If you changed your mind
Return it unused and in its packaging within 7 days for a full refund. You pay the return delivery in this case.
If something is wrong with the product
Wrong item, damaged in transit, faulty, or not as described on the page — we pay the delivery both ways, and you choose between a replacement and a full refund.
What we do not do
We do not treat an opened box as a completed sale. You cannot judge a charger without plugging it in, and a policy that punishes you for opening the packaging is not a real returns policy.
How to start a return
Message 0310 4560430 on WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange collection or give you a return address the same day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, whichever you prefer, within 3 working days of us receiving the product back.
