Three ways to find out where your parcel is. The first is fastest if you still have the confirmation email.
Check your confirmation email
Every order email has a View your order link. It opens your live order status with the courier's tracking number once we have dispatched. No login needed.
Sign in with your email
Enter the same email you ordered with and we send a one-time code. No password, and you do not need to have created an account.

Send your order number and we will check it ourselves. A real person replies, usually within the hour during shop hours.
Message 0310 4560430Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 2–5 days depending on your city. If it has been longer than that, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Paying Cash on Delivery? You can open the parcel and check the product before paying the rider.
